Staff Wellbeing

We recognise that education is a rewarding but at times challenging area to work in. If you are struggling please speak to your Line Manager and we can look together for ways to help.

At Somervale School we value the wellbeing of our staff and as a result have signed up to the Dfe Education Staff Wellbeing Charter as a declaration of support for, and a set of commitments, to the wellbeing and mental health of everyone working in education.
