Connexions West can help young people aged 13 - 19 to think about their future and make plans.  Young People with learning difficulties and/or disabilities may be supported up to the age of 25.

Connexions West Personal Advisers give impartial advice and information about choices and careers including GCSE options, staying at school, going to college, getting further training and getting a job.

The Connexions Personal Adviser for Somervale School is Emma Roberts. Emma is in school every Tuesday and students can book appointments to see her through their tutor.
